Pet-specific test results

Your pet's results are tailored to their specific hair sample rather than using a generic report template. The report uses clear color-coding to rank intolerances from highest to lowest, giving you an at-a-glance view of where to begin.

Clear and actionable next steps

Each test kit includes a "Nutritional Advice Plan." For every case, we provide actionable recommendations, dietary improvements, and an overview of your pet's overall health, offering you clear and practical next steps.

Completely from home, easily accomplished.

No appointment or clinic waiting time required, and no needles or blood draws necessary. Simply collect 50 strands of your pet's fur, place them in the provided prepaid return envelope, and mail it to receive your complete results and a physical report within 30 days.

No additional fees.

When you purchase a testing kit, the price includes all costs for shipping, testing, and physical reports, with no additional charges. Should you require any extra follow-up services, these will also be clearly priced with no hidden fees.

I had been feeding him goat milk for 4 years before realizing he couldn't tolerate it. I switched it immediately, and his digestion seems to be slowly improving. Dietitian's note: Duo Duo has a relatively sensitive constitution and is intolerant to several ingredients, so his owner needs to be extra careful with his diet.

Shi-Rong is 8 years old this year. Although he hasn’t had any major health issues, I would like to prepare for his senior years as he starts to age. He doesn't have trouble with bowel movements, but his mood can be quite volatile at times. I am mainly looking for advice on whether there is anything I should pay attention to regarding his diet.

My son is getting older, and I haven't paid much attention to his diet. However, a friend recommended trying something, and it turns out some of the things he usually eats are actually not suitable for him. I'm not sure if it's related, but his ears get infected very easily, so it might be diet-related. I’ll be gradually cleaning up his snacks.

FAQ

Which pets are suitable for testing?

Our tests are suitable for cats, dogs, and rabbits. They are suitable for pets from infancy to seniority, whether they are puppies, kittens, or bunnies.

What information will the test results provide me?

The test report results will be classified into three levels:
1) Severe intolerance
2) Moderate intolerance

We will compile a list of ingredients to which your pet has severe and moderate intolerance, allowing you to clearly identify which ingredients/foods your pet should avoid. At the same time, we will provide a summary of simple dietary adjustments suitable for your furry friend.

Is a pet's intolerance to certain ingredients permanent?

Intolerance and sensitivity are different. Sensitivity generally refers to reactions triggered by the immune system, and common symptoms of sensitivity are permanent.

Intolerance does not involve the immune system; instead, it manifests in the gastrointestinal, skin, and urinary systems. While it affects physical health, it does not cause immediate or life-threatening reactions.

Intolerance can change over time due to factors such as the external environment and dietary habits. Therefore, we recommend that pets be tested every 1-2 years.

Will your testing be conducted in Hong Kong?

No. We will send your hair samples to a laboratory in the United States for analysis, where they will be examined by professional laboratory personnel. You will receive your pet's allergen intolerance test report within 30 days of the hair being sent.
