How to collect a hair sample?
Step 1 - Take out the two transparent bags from the test kit and wash your hands.
Step 2 - Collect hair from the pet’s back. It is recommended to cut the hair rather than brush it to avoid sample contamination from other substances.

Tips
- There is no need for grooming or bathing your pet before sampling; you can cut the hair sample directly.
- The collected hair sample must not be contaminated with food residue, saliva, environmental pollutants, or medication to avoid affecting the accuracy of the test.
- Please ensure the sample contains only hair from a single cat or dog and avoid mixing with fur from other animals.

When will you receive your report?
1. An electronic version of the test report will be issued within 30 days starting from the day our company receives the test sample.
2. The physical report will be mailed out within 7 days after the electronic version is issued.
